The Cardinals have claimed 23-year old OLB Cyril Obiozor off waivers from the Packers.  Obiozor played in 5 games for the Packers as a rookie last season and he made 2 tackles.  He has nice size at 6’4″, 249 pounds so maybe the Cardinals will help him develop his game on D.  If nothing else he could help them on special teams in 2010.
