Leinhart (1, QB)

The Cardinals had to be ecstatic to see Matt Leinhart fall into their hands with the tenth pick.  Lost in all the Vince Young hoopla was how good Leinhart played in last years Championship Game.  Leinhart is plain and simply a winner, and a QB that doesn’t get the respect he deserves for the contributions he made to USC’s rise to power.  Leinhart started 39 games the last three seasons for the Trojans and threw for 10,693 yards (274.2 yards per game) with 99 TD and only 23 INT.  Leinhart is a leader that doesn’t have any strengths that stand out as a football player, but he’s a winner that will lead the Cardinals soon.
